Black does tend to be the go-to colour when dressing for work. Stylist and Designer, Elisa Nalin, has avoided the safety of black in favour of a handful of pastels. As great as this looks, the rainbow approach to work wear needs a great deal of thought: this is not a look you can just throw on of a morning.

Why are there no blogs out there catering to work wear for "normal" women?

As enjoyable as hearing about and looking at what people in the fashion industry wear to work, not everyone works in fashion and is able to be as flamboyant/casual in the workplace. On the other side of the spectrum, there is no shortage of blogs with pictures of women in ugly suits from NEXT. No thank you!

This blog is an attempt to rectify this, celebrating creative solutions to smart work wear.
